Directions for Use
Put 10 – 20 drops of an essential oil along the entire aromatherapy wick and enjoy the therapeutic effect of your favorite blend.
For Heat Therapy – Fold your Body-Soothers™ in thirds, or wrap it in a circle and put it in the microwave at 30-seconds to 1-minute intervals until your desired heat level is achieved.
DO NOT OVERHEAT / BE CAREFUL! / WE RECOMMEND 3 MINUTES MAXIMUM HEAT.
PLEASE NOTE: As with any product in a microwave, over-heating your body-soother will potentially burn the flax, cotton or dissipate your essential oil. Please make sure your Body-Soother is rotating freely on your microwave turntable, or manually turn it after every 1 minute of heat time. Following these instructions will give you many years of Therapeutic Bliss.
For Cold Therapy – Put your lovely Body-Soothers™ wrap in the freezer for a few hours or until it is very cold.
Storage Advice – The best place to easily keep your Body-Soothers when not in use, is on a door knob.
