Directions for Use

Put 10 – 12 drops of an essential oil along the entire 3-foot-long aromatherapy wick and enjoy the therapeutic effect of your favorite blend.

For Heat Therapy – Fold your Body-Soothers™ wrap in thirds and put it in the microwave at 1-minute intervals until your desired heat level is achieved.

DO NOT OVERHEAT / BE CAREFUL! / WE RECOMMEND 1- 3 MINUTES MAX

For Cold Therapy – Put your lovely Body-Soothers™ wrap in the freezer until it is very cold.
